On January 22nd we held an off cycle financial committee meeting to handle a few urgent items that got missed in our last meeting.

The committee unanimously approved payment of the remaining balance for the commissioned steel loaner armor in the amount of $200.
The committee unanimously approved the repair estimate provided by Saint Joseph Tent and Awning to repair and reinforce the ridgeline of the shire pavilion. Up to $150 was approved for this.
