Arts and Sciences

Arts and sciences are picking up in Lost Moor. Inez and Ailbhe are working on setting up a regular A&S Meet-up. Our first meeting is Monday 3/30 at 5:30pm at the Savanna Library.

The Calontir Metal Smithing group is meeting up at Helias’ house in Saint Joseph May 1st-3rd. All are welcome.

Minister of Youth

Looking into InspireU as a place to do youth activities and meetups. Also exploring local libraries for hosting youth activities in a more public place.

Exchequer

Working on getting the ledger updated for Q1 reporting. Ongoing work with the Kingdom to fix issues with our 2025 books.

Social Media/Webministry

426 members on our group

New CALON plugins and features are getting added to our website all the time.

Officer Emails were audited by the kingdom recently. This doesn’t affect any of our officers as we use all of our active emails.

Martial Activities

Steel Practice! Will be Thursday evenings, 6-8pm. Schedule/rotation to be announced.

Archery Practice – The Archery targets are always available at Helias’ house, and his range is usually available. Reach out if you would like to get some range time in.

Rattan – We have had several armoring days recently, and trips are made down to BFS weekly on Wednesdays to martial Youth Rattan, and for our fighters to fight.

Upcoming Events:

Ren Faire:

• We will have the same schedule for our fights with the same rotation as last year to get us the best exposure around the jousts.
• Working on getting classes/demo’s scheduled.

Lilies War:

• The Lilies War staff have asked us to host an additional dinner during the war on Monday. Meal plan to be discussed.
• Lost Moor Party – To be discussed.
• BBQ Competition – To be discussed.

Vertigo 2026:

• Event Bid was approved by the Reeve.
• Flyer will be submitted shortly.
• Site Booking is confirmed.
• Our dates got bumped by Kings Company of Archers. We are now September 18-20.
