Officer Updates
Archery
While no archery activities have been happening, with weather improving we are discussing setting a regular archery date. Magnus has donated 4 new hay bales to the archery range at Helias’s house. We have two nice targets, and several folks have taken advantage of open range time. If you would like to shoot archery, feel free to reach out to Helias or Rufus to schedule some time on the range!
Exchequer
We finalized our Q4 report, and with the assistance of our regional exchequer, and the kingdom exchequer, we were able to close out our books for 2025. A new Exchequer training was announced that Magnus will be attending. During our closing of the books, we noticed a check had not been cashed for ~$270 for the cooler purchase at lilies last year. We will need to cancel that check, and re-issue it to correct that issue.
Seneschal
Planning and organization continues for the shire sponsored activities at Gulf, and Lilies. Working with Magnus to handle the organization of the barracks tent, the kingdom breakfast, as well as assisting with closing out the shire books for 2025.
Event Updates
Gulf War
We approved a one-way reimbursement for fuel for transporting the tent and supplies to gulf.
Official approval was given for the barracks tent to get set up at war.
Lilies War
The shire has agreed to move our encampment towards the A&S area. Specific location to be determined during Lilies Work Day.
